(B) Residential. Estate homes on large lots, scatter site single family homes, and group homes, camp or conference center staff housing.
(C) Services. Babysitting, child care home, day care center, private school, home occupation, veterinary clinics, and kennels.
(D) Recreational. Commercial recreational centers, outdoor sports centers, golf courses, riding stables, indoor gun range, water parks, amusement parks (all recreational uses have a minimum lot size of five acres and an approved tree or evergreen buffer plan).
(E) Commercial. Road side produce stands and on farm value added processing
(F) Cultural, religious, social and public. Churches, schools, conference centers, retreat centers, youth camps, cultural centers, and art and music centers.
