(A) The AG-2 Agricultural and Suburban district mixes low impact agricultural uses with large lot suburban estates. Pockets of tract housing on smaller lots would be relatively disconnected from efficient infrastructure provision and should be strongly discouraged (Urban Sprawl).
(B) Commercial recreational, stables, music and art centers, cultural venues, golf courses, resorts, conference centers, youth camps, should be encouraged large acreage tracts buffered by perimeter trees and evergreens from other nearby uses. Agriculture such as berry farms, truck gardens, kennels, tree farms, nurseries, sustainable small scale farming, hobby farms and aquaculture should be encouraged.
