§ 152.004  HOME OCCUPATIONS.
   Non-residential uses shall be permitted in dwellings only in accordance with all of the following conditions.
   (A)   The primary use of the structures and land shall be as a dwelling.
   (B)   The use shall be limited to uses which do not generate hourly visitation or an average of one truck delivery per day.
   (C)   Pick-up and delivery services shall never exceed two stops total in a 24-hour period.
   (D)   Additional parking accommodations shall not be constructed or designated solely for the purpose of supporting the home occupation.
   (E)   No direct retail or wholesale sales.
   (F)   There shall be no noise, smoke or smell detected off premises which results from the conduct of the business.
   (G)   There shall be no outside storage of materials or goods visible from the street or from adjoining neighbors.
   (H)   Signage shall only be on premise.  The home occupation may erect a two square feet nameplate sign.
   (I)   The residential character of the structure shall not be altered to accommodate the non-residential use of the structure.
   (J)   Home offices, offsite sales representatives’ offices, single client personal care salons, medical or therapy offices secondary to a primary office, catering, private craft, art, photographic studios, educational and home products demonstrations with small non regular class areas and enterprises deemed a hobby are allowed by right provided that they conform to the home occupation rules used as guidelines.  All other uses which fit the home occupation regulations must petition to the BZA for a special exception.
