§ 152.002  NUMBER OF BUILDINGS PER LOT AND SHARED USE OF LOTS.
   (A)   Except for a single-family detached or two-family attached residential building, one or more principal uses or buildings may be located on one lot, provided the requirements of this chapter are met separately for each individual use.
   (B)   Not more than one principal detached single- family or attached two-family residential building shall be located on a lot in any zoning district, nor located on the same lot with any other principal use or structure, except as authorized by a Plan Commission approval.  The number of multi-family buildings on one lot shall be determined by the land use requirements under this chapter.
   (C)   Where two or more permitted or special uses, each requiring a minimum net lot area, are provided on the same lot, the required net lot area shall be the sum of the areas required for each use individually.
