§ 113.04  BOOKS AND RECORD KEEPING.
   The licensee shall keep records of each valuable metal purchase on the form provided by the Indiana State Police as required by I.C. 25-37.5-1-2 as amended.  Additionally, each valuable metal dealer shall make and retain a copy of the government issued photographic identification used to identify the person from whom the valuable metal was purchased.  All such records shall be maintained by the licensee for two years.  All such records shall be made available to any law enforcement officer upon request by the officer during normal business hours.
