§ 111.03  LICENSE REVOCATION.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer's office shall, after notice and hearing by the Town Council, revoke any license issued hereunder if the Town Council finds that:
   (A)   The licensee has failed to pay the annual license fee or to maintain in effect the bond or bonds required by I.C. 28-7-5 et seq.;
   (B)   The licensee has violated any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation lawfully made under and within the authority of this chapter; or
   (C)   Any fact or condition exists which, if it has existed at the time of the original application for such license, clearly would have permitted the Clerk's Office to refuse originally to issue such license.
