§ 31.51  TERM.
   The Town Manager shall be employed to serve for a definite tenure not to exceed the longest remaining term in office of the Town Council members at the time of his or her hiring.  The Town Manager may be rehired by the Town Council for subsequent tenures not to exceed the longest remaining term in office of all Town Council members.
