§ 36.009  MANAGEMENT RIGHTS.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the town supervisors to interpret these policies and procedures and to ensure they are administrated in consistent and impartial manner.  A Policy Review Committee shall meet annually or as needed to review the Personnel Policy and make any recommendations of changes to the Town Manager.  The Committee shall consist of the supervisors and the Town Manager to discuss changes to the Policy and forward their recommendation to the Town Council for consideration.  The decision of the Town Council shall be final.
   (B)   Policy interpretation differences.  If an employee disagrees with an interpretation of these policies, the employee may first discuss it with his or her supervisor.  If the difference of opinion cannot be resolved, the supervisor may request to meet with the Policy Committee to review the interpretation.  The employee may be asked to attend and voice his or her opinion.  If the matter is not resolved, the employee may file a formal grievance.
