§ 92.18 PERMIT ISSUANCE.

It shall be the duty of the Town Director of Planning Services upon the filing of the petition, approved bond and the payment of money as required by this subchapter, to issue to the petitioner a permit to make such excavation and do such work, and such permit shall describe the kind and location of the same.
