§ 92.14  PERMIT FEES.
   The following permit fees shall be charged in addition to any other monies required by this subchapter:
   (A)   Seventy-five cents per square foot for any permit for excavating in a public right-of-way with a minimum fee of $75.
   (B)   Fifty cents per lineal foot for any boring under a public right-of-way with a minimum fee of $50.
