§ 92.12 PETITION TO BE FILED WITH DIRECTOR OF PLANNING SERVICES.

Any person desiring to make any opening or excavation contemplated by this subchapter shall file with the Director of Planning Services a petition which shall definitely state the location of the proposed opening and the purpose of the same.
