§ 154.04  MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The President of the Town Council shall appoint three of the five members of the Ellettsville Redevelopment Commission as provided by the Act.
   (B)   The Town Council shall appoint two of the five members of the Ellettsville Redevelopment Commission as provided by the Act.
