All Police Department employees will be paid a minimum of two hours at time and a half for non- scheduled hours for attendance at court or for other legal proceedings related to department business providing a subpoena has been issued requiring the presence of the Deputy. The original subpoena must be attached to the Deputy's time sheet in order to receive pay.
