The payroll day shall begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at midnight. The payroll period shall consist of two consecutive payroll weeks. Employees will be paid every other Friday. If the payday falls on a holiday, employees will be paid on the preceding business day. Employees are paid bi-weekly.
