(A) Sidewalks are required.
(1) Where installed, they shall be constructed of Portland cement concrete, not less than four inches thick and five feet wide, on three inches of compacted #53 aggregate.
(2) The slopes shall have run/rise ratios of 12:1 longitudinal and 50:1 lateral or flatter.
(3) Terminations at streets and driveways shall be ADA-compliant.
(B) The following are encouraged:
(1) Tree plots between the sidewalk and the curb;
(2) Walking trails through natural areas and along the boundary of the subdivision;
(3) Trails to other natural locations and parks.
(C) Added walking trails, green space and playgrounds may qualify a development for a density bonus.
