A. Cost Of Installation: Water and sewer service laterals shall be installed from the main line to the outer edge of the public street as part of the required improvements for a subdivision. The developer of the new subdivision shall be required to have inspected the finished sewer lateral and any connections to it using a pipeline camera and shall furnish a copy of the video inspection tape, which denotes the location and date, to the city prior to the final inspection by the building inspector. Water service laterals shall include the installation of the meter box and meter setter. All costs of installation shall be borne by the developer as determined by resolution by the city council.
