A. Application Disapproval Or Denial: The disapproval or denial of an application by the public works superintendent may be appealed by the applicant by the filing of a written notice of appeal within ten (10) days of the action of the public works superintendent. The mayor shall hear such appeal, if written request therefor be timely filed, as soon as practicable, and render his/her decision within two (2) weeks following notice of such appeal.
B. Suspension, Revocation Or Stop Order: Any suspension, revocation or stop order by the city engineer or public works superintendent may be appealed by the permittee to the mayor by filing a written notice of appeal within ten (10) days of the action of the above. The mayor shall hear such appeal, if written request therefor be timely filed, as soon as practicable, and render his/her decision within a reasonable time following filing of notice of appeal.
