7-3-10: PRIVATE PROPERTY; OBLIGATION TO NOTIFY:
Before entering onto any private property, a provider shall make a good faith attempt to contact the property owners in advance and describe the work to be performed. (Ord. 97-12-9-15, 12-9-1997)
