7-2-4: PENALTY:
A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as a class C misdemeanor, and upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 94-7-26-4, 6-26-1994; amd. 2003 Code)
