All utility lines within the city limits are to be buried a minimum of thirty six inches (36") below the ground level. This includes natural gas lines, electrical lines, telephone lines, water lines, cable television lines, sewer lines and any other utility type lines. (Ord. 94-7-26-4, 6-26-1994)
