6-2-8: VEHICLE REGISTRATION:
Unless exempted by state law, a person may not operate and an owner may not give another person permission to operate any off highway vehicle unless the off highway vehicle has been registered as required by state law and the decals provided by state law are properly displayed on the vehicle.
