A. Parking Prohibited For Snow Removal: In order to facilitate efficient and safe removal of snow from city streets, it is unlawful for the owner or driver of any motorized or nonmotorized vehicle, trailer, boat, or other transportation device, to be parked on the street or within city right of way during snow removal activities. Any vehicle that is parked in violation of this section may, without prior notice, be removed immediately at the owner’s expense.
B. Placing or Pushing Snow Upon any City Street or property is Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person removing snow or ice from a sidewalk or driveway to place or deposit said snow upon any city street or property. It is unlawful to push snow or ice across any city street or property. Violation of this code can result in fines and citations.
