5-3-7: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 94-1-25-1, 1-25-1994; amd. 2003 Code)
