Any person who violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor or lesser offense, as determined by the prosecutor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 08-17, 10-14-2008, eff. 11-20-2008)
