5-10-3: CRIMINAL PENALTIES:

Any person violating any of the provisions of section 5-10-2 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in title 1, chapter 3 of this code. If substantial bodily harm or death is sustained by any person as a result of such false alarm, upon conviction, such person shall be punished by the maximum fine and imprisonment provided in title 1, chapter 3 of this code.
