A. The offenses and violations described in this chapter are strict liability offenses and violations requiring no proof of culpable mental state.
B. A licensee of a sexually oriented business use is jointly and individually liable for violations of any offenses under this chapter by the employees of the sexually oriented business use, and for all civil and criminal sanctions or remedies for such violations and offenses, including, but not limited to, license suspension or revocation, prescribed herein.
