A. Authority To Install Signs Prohibiting Consumption Or Possession Of Alcoholic Beverages: The city manager shall cause to be placed and maintained signs and/or control devices in areas of the city park system as approved by the city council to prohibit the consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages.
B. Unlawful Consumption Or Possession Of Alcoholic Beverages: It is unlawful for any person to consume or have in possession any alcoholic beverage in any area of the city park system that has been designated by approved signs or control devices prohibiting the consumption or possession of any alcoholic beverage.
