4-5-27: INTOXICATION OF LICENSEE, EMPLOYEES, PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any licensee under the provisions of this chapter, or any manager, bartender, servants, agents or other employees thereof, to be in an intoxicated condition in or about the licensee's business premises while performing his or her duties in connection with the business.
