A. A criminal action shall be governed by title 1, chapter 3 of this code.
B. Each day a business is operated without a license shall constitute a separate offense for which criminal liability may be imposed. Notwithstanding any grace periods or notice requirements of this chapter, the city may prosecute an action for violation of this chapter at any time if a business owner is operating without properly paid for and issued business license.
