4-1-5: SEVERABILITY:
The provisions of this Title are severable. If a part, sentence, clause or phrase of this Title is adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Title. (Ord. 1975-A, 3-5-75, eff. 4-1-75)
