   (A)   The assessment roll for the Stoffer Creek Local Improvement District is confirmed as follows and the parcels listed shall be assessed the annual amount indicated:

   (B)   In the event that a parcel is divided, each resulting parcel shall be assessed its pro rata share of the total improvement district assessment at the time of division, and the remaining parcels' assessments shall be adjusted accordingly.

   (C)   The special benefit received by each parcel in the assessment plan is equal among all of the separate parcels in the local improvement district. (Ord. 1996-E, 4-17-1996)
