11-5-1: COLLECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES BY THE ELKO COUNTY TREASURER:
The Elko County treasurer is designated to collect personal property taxes pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 361.5605. The Elko County treasurer shall exercise the same statutory authority for personal property tax collection as the Elko County assessor. (Ord. 03-2005, 8-4-2005, eff. 9-22-2005)
