Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 453.575, the board of Elko County commissioners hereby establishes a fund entitled the "fund for forensic services" into which the county treasurer shall deposit such fees and monies as are designated by statute. The money from such deposits must be accounted for as provided by statute, and accounted for separately within the fund. (Ord. 1992-D, 5-7-1992, eff. 5-21-1992)
