11-2-2: COUNTY LAW LIBRARY FUND:
Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 380.010, as amended, the board of county commissioners established a law library to be located in the Elko County courthouse, city and county of Elko, state of Nevada, which shall be governed and managed by a board of law library trustees in accordance with statute provisions, Nevada Revised Statutes 380.010 through 380.190, inclusive, which said provisions are hereby adopted and made a part hereof.
Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 380.110, as amended, funds for the support and maintenance of Elko County law library shall be allocated from fees collected by the county clerk pursuant to chapter 19 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, for filing pleadings or petitions in civil proceedings in the fourth judicial district court, as follows:
   (A)   Thirty dollars ($30.00) from each and every filing fee on the commencement of any civil action, except probate proceedings, in the district court of Elko County, but including cases appealed from lower courts.
   (B)   Ten dollars ($10.00) from each and every filing fee on the commencement of any probate proceeding.
The county clerk as ex officio clerk of the district court of the fourth judicial district of the state of Nevada, shall collect the fees as provided above and pay them to the county treasurer, who shall keep the same separate and apart in the special county law library fund.
