It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to dump or deposit the dead carcass or carcasses of any animal or fowl in the public dumps of the County, and any person violating these provisions shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the County jail not exceeding three (3) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
