It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow his sheep, cattle, goats, horses, mules or other livestock to be in and upon the streets, alleys or roads of the Town of Mountain City. Any person violating any provisions hereof shall be punished with a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed three (3) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
