(A) Any member of an Elko County appointed board, commission, or committee shall notify staff of an absence prior to the meeting. Staff shall notify the Elko County manager if a board, commission or committee member is absent from three (3) regularly scheduled meetings in a row or is absent from five (5) meetings within one calendar year without notifying staff.
(B) Any member missing three (3) regularly scheduled meetings in a row or misses five (5) meetings within one calendar year without notifying staff prior to the meeting shall be deemed to have resigned from the board, commission or committee. (Ord. 03-2009, 5-6-2009, eff. 7-28-2009)
