Elko County shall appoint three (3) directors of the central Nevada regional water authority.
(A) The qualifications of each director shall be determined by the Elko County board of commissioners.
(B) Each director shall serve a two (2) year term. Each director may be appointed to two (2) additional two (2) year terms.
(C) The Elko County board of commissioners may remove a director by a majority vote before the director's term expires. (Ord. 08-2005, 10-6-2005, eff. 10-7-2005)
