Any person wilfully violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's violation of the provisions of this Chapter is deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2000-C, 4-20-2000, eff. 5-11-2000)
