9-3-24: GROUND-WIRE ATTACHMENTS:

Ground wires may not be attached to plumbing which is or may be connected to a service connection or main belonging to the District. The customer is liable for any damage to District property occasioned by ground-wire attachments. (Ord. 2000-C, 4-20-2000, eff. 5-11-2000)
