9-3-18: POOLS AND TANKS:

When an abnormally large quantity of water is desired for any purpose, arrangements must be made with the District prior to taking such water. Permission to take water in unusual quantities may be denied at the discretion of the Board. (Ord. 2000-C, 4-20-2000, eff. 5-11-2000)
