9-3-7: CREDIT ESTABLISHMENT:
   (A)   Establishment Of Credit: Each applicant, before receiving service, will be required to establish his credit by either of the following methods:
      1.   A cash deposit in such amount as may from time to time be set by resolution of the Town Board.
      2.   Use of service for more than a year, during the last twelve (12) months of which the customer promptly paid all water bills.
   (B)   Reestablishment Of Credit: To reestablish his credit, a customer will be required to pay all back bills up to the time service was discontinued. The customer will also be required to pay a reconnection charge and make a cash deposit as described in the regulation on deposits. (Ord. 2000-C, 4-20-2000, eff. 5-11-2000)
