9-3-1: TITLE, SEVERABILITY:
   (A)   This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the JARBIDGE WATER RATES AND REGULATIONS.
   (B)   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Chapter. (Ord. 2000-C, 4-20-2000, eff. 5-11-2000)
