Any person wilfully violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's violation of the provisions of this Chapter may be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1972-1, 1-6-72, eff. 3-1-72; amd.
