The Town Board shall review any decision made by the Director or his representative or agents in interpreting, applying or enforcing the provisions of this Chapter and any order, requirement, decision or determination relating thereto, upon the receipt of an application or petition in writing requesting a review of such decision. In exercising its powers of review, the Board may in conformity with the provisions of the law, reverse or affirm wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision or determination of the director appealed from and make such order, requirement or determination as ought to be made. The Board may also initiate a review of Director's interpretation of the provisions of this Chapter by a motion and by a vote of a majority of the quorum or a majority of the members present if such number exceeds a quorum. In all cases, the decision of the Board shall be final.
