9-2-27: SUBDIVISIONS AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS: 1
   (A)   Except as hereinafter provided, subdividers, developers or property owners who install sewer mains to their properties, are exempt from the connection fees when these mains are acceptably installed solely at their own expense.
   (B)   However, when a sewer main extension is necessary or desired to provide service to a subdivision, development or property, the Director shall have prepared a detailed estimate of the cost of this extension segment and shall determine the area that may be served by said extension:
      1.   This estimate and determination shall be submitted to the Advisory Council and the Town Board.
      2.   The Board will review the estimate and recommendations of the Advisory Council and within the complete discretion of the Board approve a cost per unit of area to be served by such extensions and all property owners within said area or whose development will use said extension will be required to pay this cost on a prorated basis prior to Board approval.
      3.   Nothing herein contained shall be construed as requiring the Board to approve or the Town to share, initially or otherwise, in the cost of extensions to any subdivision, development or property.
   (C)   All sewer main extensions constructed as per this Section upon completion and acceptance, shall become the property of the Jackpot Municipal Sewer System.
   (D)   Within the discretion of the Board, mains within or to the subdivisions, other developments or property and necessary trunk sewers may be sized to allow future connections as determined by the Director. Cost of materials over that required by the subdivision, development or property will be borne by the Town.
