There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the "Jackpot Sewer Capital Improvement Fund". Revenues derived from connection charges are to be deposited in a Sewer Capital Improvement Fund. Moneys from this Fund are to be applied in making such sewer extensions and improvements as may from time to time be determined by the Town Board.
