There shall be and is hereby created a special fund to be known as the Jackpot Municipal Enterprise Fund. Any and all revenues received for the use of sewers as set forth herein, from revenues received from the sale of by-products from the sewerage treatment plant or from any other source of rental, use or services rendered by such utility, shall be credited to said fund, and all expenses for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the Jackpot Municipal sewer system shall be charged to said fund.
