Any person wilfully violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
