9-1-14: DISPUTED BILLS:
Should the customer dispute the correctness of a bill for District water service, said customer shall deposit the amount of the disputed bill with the District Director within fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the bill. The District Director shall then forthwith make a factual investigation and shall submit his findings to the person making the deposit and to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall then hear the matter and the determination of the Board shall be final and binding upon the customer.
Service will not be discontinued pending the outcome of the Director's investigation provided that subsequent bills are paid or deposited with the District.
